Workshop | Self Preservation: Making Space for Your Memory

the importance of preserving your own story and ensuring your life experiences are remembered for generations to come. Together, we will learn how self-preservation is as vital as the care you offer others, techniques to reflect on and organize key life moments and memories, and leave with a personal action plan to get them documented in a way that captures your essence, wisdom, and legacy.

Sponsored by the Oral History Master’s Program, the organizers note that “the workshop is for service-oriented individuals — photographers, family historians, caregivers, and those who are used to putting others first and are ready to be remembered.”

Registration details for the February 28th workshop are on the incite website.
